I think Daddy is confused?

This was Kennedy playing with Daddy last weekend when Mommy was painting the basement. I heard lots of giggles coming from upstairs and walked up to find Daddy pushing her in the doll stroller.

Me & My Catepillar

Kennedy got this catepillar rocker from Aunt Jill, Uncle Dave and Bo-Bo for her birthday. It has become one of her favorite toys to play with.

Today we had a wonderful birthday celebration for Kennedy and Julia's first birthday! We can't believe how fast the first year went by! Last Saturday was cousin Reece's first birthday. We had such a good time at her princess party!

Kennedy's new favorite toy is her shopping cart...she strolls up and down the hallway with this cart and constantly looks back to make sure you are watching her. It is the cutest thing...I am sure it won't be too long before she is taking her first "real" steps!

A much needed vacation

Last week we spent 5 days at the beautiful Couples Negril in Jamaica. We went with Adam's brother Jake and his wife Liz. We had such a wonderful time together, the weather was awesome but we were excited to get back to the kiddos at the end of the trip, it was nice to spend time as husband and wife instead of the typical "mommy and daddy" role!

Clear Eyes

Kennedy had eye surgery at the end of February to "unblock" her clogged tear ducts, while I was a wreck leading up to the surgery, it turned out wonderful and all of the nurses at doctors at Bloomington Eye Institute were absolutely amazing. She looks so different without all the "gunk" in her eyes, we are loving it and so thankful she did so good through it all!
