Happy Birthday Kennedy & Julia!

Today we had a wonderful birthday celebration for Kennedy and Julia's first birthday! We can't believe how fast the first year went by! We truly feel that God has blessed our family immensly this past year and thank him for everyday we get to spend with our precious girl. Here are some pictures of the party...Enjoy!

Happy Belated Birthday Cousin Reece

Last Saturday was cousin Reece's first birthday. We had such a good time at her princess party!

Kennedy's new favorite toy is her shopping cart...she strolls up and down the hallway with this cart and constantly looks back to make sure you are watching her. It is the cutest thing...I am sure it won't be too long before she is taking her first "real" steps!

A much needed vacation

Last week we spent 5 days at the beautiful Couples Negril in Jamaica. We went with Adam's brother Jake and his wife Liz. We had such a wonderful time together, the weather was awesome but we were excited to get back to the kiddos at the end of the trip, it was nice to spend time as husband and wife instead of the typical "mommy and daddy" role!

Clear Eyes

Kennedy had eye surgery at the end of February to "unblock" her clogged tear ducts, while I was a wreck leading up to the surgery, it turned out wonderful and all of the nurses at doctors at Bloomington Eye Institute were absolutely amazing. She looks so different without all the "gunk" in her eyes, we are loving it and so thankful she did so good through it all!

10 month update

I can't believe she is 10 months old...boy, time really flies bye!

What a wonderful 10 months it has been with so many great memories of our little Kennedy. She has such a beautiful and curious personality and it is such a joy to watch her explore her world everyday.

Height: 27 1/2 inches
Head circumfrence: HUGE (95%)

New things we are doing:
Eating some table foods (yogurt, bananas, cheese, pears, apples, etc)
Crawling (this is interesting as Kennedy does a modified crawl, it is somewhere between a army crawl and crawling)
Lots of teeth: 6 through, 2 coming in
